All of our machines are equipped to perform the “FLATS on APPS” to expedite your visit. This means if your paperwork is filled out correctly before your arrival, then we can get you processed in less than 5 minutes!

What is “FLATS on APPS”? Well, the DOJ is implementing a new fingerprint capture method for Live Scan sites to reduce the amount of time and physical contact between the applicant and the live scan operator while continuing to provide fingerprint-based background checks to California citizens in need of employment, licensing or certification. Basically it eliminates a small part of the process that captures your prints.

So until further notice, WE ARE OPEN for service Monday - Friday 9 am -3 pm.

You must wear a face-covering before entering our facility.

In order to minimize the number of individuals in our office, we request that you use our appointment form to request a time for service. If your time chosen is not available we will provide an alternate time.
